Oeding (Odink) è un villaggio nel comune di Südlohn, nella Münsterland, Germania, nel distretto di Borken nello stato della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. Oeding si trova a pochi chilometri a sud-est di Winterswijk, vicino al confine tra Germania e Paesi Bassi. Il villaggio ha circa 3.800 abitanti. La prima menzione di una fattoria chiamata Oeding risale al 1170. Nel 1353, un certo Johann Bermentfelde vendette questa fattoria e castello al Vescovo Ludwig II di Münster. Dopo che il castello fu distrutto nel 1372 dall’allora Vescovo di Münster, fu immediatamente ricostruito. Le volte del castello e la torre, che risale alla seconda metà del XV secolo, sono state conservate. La Chiesa di San Giacomo a Oeding è una chiesa neo-romanica, che fu costruita nel 1911. Gli elementi in stile Art Nouveau nel vetro della chiesa sono notevoli.
