Oeding (Odink) est un village de la municipalité de Südlohn, dans le Münsterland, en Allemagne, dans le district de Borken dans l'État de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Oeding est situé à quelques kilomètres au sud-est de Winterswijk, près de la frontière néerlandaise-allemande. Le village compte environ 3 800 habitants. La première mention d'une ferme nommée Oeding remonte à 1170. En 1353, un certain Johann Bermentfelde a vendu cette ferme et ce château à l'évêque Ludwig II de Münster. Après que le château a été détruit en 1372 par l'évêque de Münster de l'époque, il a été immédiatement reconstruit. Les voûtes du château et la tour, qui date de la seconde moitié du XVe siècle, ont été préservées. L'église Saint-Jacques à Oeding est une église néo-romane, construite en 1911. Les éléments Art Nouveau dans le verre de l'église sont frappants.
