Le Napier Barracks, precedentemente Richthofen-Kaserne, era una caserma dell'esercito britannico sul terreno dell'aeroporto di Dortmund-Brackel, a nord-est del centro di Dortmund.
Dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, gli britannici presero in carico la Richthofen-Kaserne, originariamente intitolata a Manfred von Richthofen, della Luftwaffe tedesca e rinominarono la caserma in onore dello storico militare irlandese William Francis Patrick Napier. Il 36° Heavy Air Defence Regiment della Royal Artillery operava qui un'unità missilistica e il deposito di munizioni speciali di Dortmund.
