L'ospedale militare di emergenza di Wedel era la più grande struttura di questo tipo in Germania. Si trova come una struttura sotterranea sotto il locale ginnasio di Wedel, nel distretto di Pinneberg, Schleswig-Holstein.
Insieme al Johann-Rist-Gymnasium, tra il 1964 e il 1975, sono stati realizzati diversi stralci di costruzione dell'ospedale militare di emergenza di Wedel con fondi del bilancio federale. Per questo è stata prima costruita una struttura sotterranea, sulla quale è stata poi edificata la scuola. Per essere protetti dai rischi di agenti biologici e chimici e dalla radiazione atomica, il solaio del bunker è stato realizzato con uno spessore di 35 cm e le pareti fino a 50 cm in cemento armato. I costi per la costruzione ammontavano a 5,6 milioni di marchi tedeschi, i costi dell'arredamento a un milione di marchi tedeschi.
