Het hulpziekenhuis Wedel was de grootste instelling van deze aard in Duitsland. Het bevindt zich als ondergrondse bunkercomplex onder het lokale gymnasium in Wedel in de regio Pinneberg, Sleeswijk-Holstein.
Samen met het Johann-Rist-Gymnasium werd tussen 1964 en 1975 in verschillende bouwfasen het hulpziekenhuis Wedel gebouwd met middelen uit de federale begroting. Daartoe werd eerst een ondergrondse bunkerconstructie opgericht, waarop vervolgens de school werd gebouwd. Om te worden beschermd tegen de gevaren van biologische en chemische strijdstoffen en nucleaire straling, werd het dak van de bunker 35 cm en de muren tot 50 cm dik uit gewapend beton gebouwd. De kosten voor de bouw bedroegen 5,6 miljoen D-mark, de kosten voor de inrichting bedroegen een miljoen D-mark.
