La prima battaglia di Stockach avvenne il 25 marzo 1799, quando gli eserciti francese e austriaco, guidati rispettivamente da Jean-Baptiste Jourdan e dall'arciduca Carlo, combatterono per il controllo della regione geograficamente strategica dell'Hegau, oggi nel Baden-Württemberg. In un contesto militare più ampio, questa battaglia costituisce una chiave di volta nella prima campagna in Germania sud-occidentale durante la guerra della seconda coalizione, parte delle guerre rivoluzionarie francesi.
