Il Duomo di Hildesheim, in tedesco Hildesheimer Dom è l'importante cattedrale medievale della città di Hildesheim, in Germania. Venne inserita nell'elenco dei patrimoni dell'umanità dell'UNESCO fin dal 1985, insieme alla vicina chiesa di San Michele.
L'edificio, dedicato all'Assunta, venne eretto fra il 1010 e il 1020 in stile romanico, con uno sviluppo simmetrico a due absidi, tipico dell'architettura dell'epoca nel Ducato di Sassonia. Venne successivamente ampliato nel corso dell'XI, XII e XIV secolo, ma un bombardamento alla fine della seconda guerra mondiale lo rase completamente al suolo. Venne totalmente ricostruito fra il 1950 e il 1960.
