La roccaforte in rovina di Drachenfels è un castello in rovina situato sulla cima del promontorio "Drachenfels" presso il quartiere di Chursdorf della città di Penig nel distretto di Mittelsachsen in Sassonia.
Probabilmente, la fondazione del luogo Chursdorf nella valle del fiume Chursdorf proviene dal castello citato per la prima volta nel 1212 come sede dei signori di Drachenfels. Non si conosce nulla di certo sullo sviluppo storico del castello. Nei tempi antichi, si dice che i cavalieri briganti abitassero sulla roccia di Drachenfels.
