La ruina del castillo Drachenfels es un castillo de espolón en el espolón montañoso "Drachenfels" cerca del distrito de Chursdorf de la ciudad de Penig en el distrito de Mittelsachsen en Sajonia.
Se supone que la fundación del lugar Chursdorf en el valle del río Chursdorf proviene del castillo mencionado por primera vez en 1212 como residencia de los señores de Drachenfels. No se conoce nada seguro sobre la evolución histórica del castillo. En tiempos antiguos, se decía que caballeros de la carretera se habían establecido en la roca del dragón.
