Il castello di Knesebeck era un castello medievale di pianura, i cui resti si trovano oggi ai margini dell'area di Knesebeck, nel comune di Wittinger, nella contea di Gifhorn, in Bassa Sassonia.
La struttura del castello, menzionata per la prima volta nel 1296 come Castro Knesbeke, era la sede ancestrale del ceppo nero della nobile famiglia von dem Knesebeck. Come residenza nobiliare, aveva un'importanza regionale fino circa all'anno 1400 ed in seguito divenne sede di un'ufficio ducale. Il suo valore difensivo è considerato piuttosto limitato. I resti principali del castello sono un pezzo di muro e il precedente ufficio, che a lungo ha servito come ufficio forestale e, dopo un ampio restauro nel 2009, come sede di incontri.
