La centrale elettrica Robert-Frank a Landesbergen è una centrale combinata a gas e vapore alimentata a gas naturale, operativa dal 1962, situata a Landesbergen, nella Bassa Sassonia, lungo il fiume Weser. Il nome della centrale deriva da Robert Frank, membro del primo consiglio di amministrazione di PreussenElektra dal 1927 al 1933, e successivamente membro di organi di altre aziende come RWE. In una descrizione della centrale da parte dell'attuale gestore, si fa riferimento a Frank solo per la sua attività dirigenziale in PreussenElektra; "[s]e le sue tracce [siano] ancora rintracciabili nel sito della centrale". Inoltre, Robert Frank è stato uno dei primi committenti e intimo confidente di Albert Speer. Dal 1945 fino alla sua morte, è stato coinvolto in estese attività segrete legate all'arte razziata dai nazisti, mentre era allo stesso tempo un rinomato esperto di economia energetica.
