La stazione ferroviaria di Wuppertal-Vohwinkel è la stazione più occidentale nel territorio della città di Wuppertal e si trova nel quartiere di Vohwinkel. È una stazione a traversa e appartiene alla classe di prezzo 3.
Il primo edificio di accoglienza fu messo in servizio nel 1841 dalla Düsseldorf-Elberfelder Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft. Con l'estensione della ferrovia Prinz-Wilhelm, Vohwinkel divenne un nodo ferroviario nel 1848. L'edificio in stile classicista si trovava nel triangolo ferroviario tra le linee per Elberfeld ed Essen, a ovest dell'attuale Lienhardplatz e dell'attuale Bahnstraße.
