La Elfter Kopf è una montagna alta 233 m sul livello del mare nel Wiehengebirge nel distretto di Minden-Lübbecke in Vestfalia. Si trova al confine tra il comune di Hille e la città di Bad Oeynhausen, che qui segue il crinale della montagna.
La Elfter Kopf ha, come quasi tutte le montagne del Wiehengebirge, una cima allungata ed è separata dalle cime ad ovest solo da Dören. Tuttavia, la montagna è percepita come un picco marcato, poiché la Döre ad est, la Wallücke, è molto pronunciata.
La Elfter Kopf rappresenta il pilastro angolare orientale della cintura forestale chiusa, lunga 17,5 chilometri e larga tra 0,5 e 2,2 chilometri, che va dalla confluenza della Großen Aue presso Neue Mühle fino a qui, poiché sulla Wallücke la foresta è interrotta, sebbene solo per poco più di 100 metri.
