El Elfter Kopf es una montaña de 233 m sobre el nivel del mar en el Wiehengebirge, en el distrito de Minden-Lübbecke en Westfalia. Se encuentra en la frontera del municipio de Hille con la ciudad de Bad Oeynhausen, que discurre aquí a lo largo de la cresta de la montaña.
El Elfter Kopf tiene, como casi todas las montañas del Wiehengebirge, un pico alargado y está separado de los picos adyacentes al oeste solo por dörens. Sin embargo, la montaña se percibe como un pico prominente, ya que el düre adyacente al este, la Wallücke, es muy pronunciada.
El Elfter Kopf representa el pilar oriental del cinturón forestal cerrado, de 17,5 kilómetros de largo y entre 0,5 y 2,2 kilómetros de ancho, que va desde la ruptura de la Große Aue en Neue Mühle hasta aquí, ya que en la Wallücke el bosque, aunque solo por poco más de 100 metros, está interrumpido.
