La casa in Heinrich-Brüning-Straße 18 è una villa nel quartiere di Gronau a Bonn, costruita nel 1909. Essa costituisce la parte centrale del gruppo di ville tripartito in Heinrich-Brüning-Straße 16-20, situato nel centro del quartiere federale. La villa è protetta come monumento storico.
La villa è stata costruita come parte di un gruppo di ville, che come alcuni edifici nell'allora "colonia di ville di Gronau" al margine sud di Bonn, è stata realizzata secondo un progetto dell'architetto bonnese e maestro d'opera governativo Julius Rolffs per il committente Alfred Keller di Siegburg.
