The house at Heinrich-Brüning-Straße 18 is a villa in the Bonn district of Gronau, built in 1909. It forms the central part of the three-part villa group at Heinrich-Brüning-Straße 16–20, located in the center of the Federal Quarter. The villa is listed as a historical monument.
The villa was built as part of a villa group that, like some buildings in the former "Villa Colony Gronau" on the southern edge of Bonn, was designed by the Bonn architect and government master builder Julius Rolffs for the client Alfred Keller from Siegburg.
