Questo mulino si trova nella frazione di Mindergangelt al numero 51 della Schinvelder Straße, direttamente oltre il confine tedesco-olandese in territorio tedesco. Si tratta di un mulino a caduta che fu utilizzato sia come mulino per olio che come mulino per cereali.
La prima menzione di questo mulino risale circa al 1317. Originariamente un mulino per cereali, nel XIX secolo fu dotato anche di un impianto per olio e di un kolleggang. Nel 1920 l'oleificio fu chiuso e nel 1940 anche l'attività di mulino per cereali. Dal 2010 il mulino è in uso come hotel-ristorante. Le pietre della kolleggang sono ancora presenti presso la casa del mulino.
