L'ex ex chiesa parrocchiale cattolica di Sant'Antonio è un edificio ecclesiastico protetto da vincolo, oggi profanato, ad Amern, una frazione di Schwalmtal nel distretto di Viersen.
La pseudo-basilica a tre navate fu costruita nel 1491 con un coro di un giogo e una chiusura a 5/8. La volta a crociera poggia su colonne circolari. Secondo i progetti di Lambert von Fisenne, nel 1897 la chiesa fu ampliata con due gioghi occidentali adattati ai gioghi gotici. Furono aggiunti cori rettangolari alle navate laterali e una sacrestia fu annessa. La muratura esterna in mattoni con decorazioni in pietra arenaria è stata ampiamente ristrutturata.
