Il carcere di giustizia di Brandenburg a. d. Havel, precedentemente noto come carcere di Brandenburg-Görden, è un istituto penitenziario del Land di Brandenburg a Brandenburg an der Havel, nel quartiere di Görden. Al suo interno sono detenuti uomini adulti condannati a pene detentive fino all'ergastolo e reclusi in attesa di giudizio. È stato costruito dal 1927 al 1935 come uno dei più moderni istituti penitenziari in Europa per circa 1.800 detenuti, in sostituzione del vecchio carcere di Brandenburg an der Havel.
La JVA Brandenburg ospita esclusivamente detenuti maschi e si suddivide oggi in tre reparti detentivi, un reparto di terapia sociale e un reparto sanitario.
