Fængslet Brandenburg a. d. Havel, tidligere straffefængsel Brandenburg-Görden, er et fængsel i delstaten Brandenburg i Brandenburg an der Havel, i bydelen Görden. Der er mandlige voksne lovbrydere med op til livsvarige straffe og varetægtsfængslede indkvarteret. Det blev opført fra 1927 til 1935 som et af de dengang mest moderne fængsler i Europa for omkring 1.800 fanger som efterfølger til det gamle straffefængsel Brandenburg an der Havel.
JVA Brandenburg er udelukkende befolket med mandlige straffefængslede og opdeles i dag i tre afdelinger til afsoning, en socialterapeutisk afdeling og en sygeafdeling.
