L'Isola della Sprea è un'isola fluviale delimitata dalla Sprea e dal Canale della Sprea nel quartiere Mitte di Berlino.
Se ne distinguono tre parti, nella parte centrale dell'isola, fino al 1950 si trovava il castello di Berlino la cui parziale ricostruzione è in corso e le cui rovine furono demolite nell'epoca della Repubblica Democratica Tedesca, al suo posto venne costruito il Palast der Republik. La parte meridionale dell'isola viene chiamata Fischerinsel , la parte settentrionale Isola dei musei.
