La ex tenuta nobiliare di Philippshof si trova nella città di Putlitz nella Prignitz nel Land Brandeburgo e una volta apparteneva alla famiglia nobiliare dei Edlen Gans zu Putlitz. Fu fondata alla fine del XVI secolo da Philipp Gans Edlem Herr zu Putlitz. La tenuta porta il suo nome.
La villa ancora esistente è stata costruita nel 1895 ed è rimasta di proprietà privata della famiglia zu Putlitz fino alla fine della Seconda guerra mondiale. Nell'ambito della riforma agraria, la proprietà è stata espropriata, la villa è passata in proprietà collettiva della DDR dopo il 1949. Nel 1995 l'edificio è stato ristrutturato completamente per circa 290.000 euro. Fino all'estate del 2005 è stata utilizzata come scuola elementare e poi è rimasta vuota. La villa è tutelata come monumento.
