Ützdorf è una frazione del comune di Wandlitz, che si trova direttamente sul lago Liepnitz. Il piccolo villaggio di agricoltori e pescatori, già documentato nel 1294, fa parte dal 2003 della frazione di Lanke di Wandlitz, a seguito della riforma comunale.
Ützdorf si estende per circa 350 metri per 650 metri, senza una chiara demarcazione. Il luogo si trova sulla riva nord-est del lago Liepnitz. Da questo lago scorre un torrente che conduce al lago Hellsee, comunemente chiamato Ützdorffließ. A sud di Ützdorf confina con la Festungsheide, a est con l'area di Lanke, a nord con la Biesenthaler Bogenheide e la foresta di Wandlitz.
