La cava di calcare di Rüdersdorf è una grande cava o estrazione a cielo aperto vicino alla cittadina di Rüdersdorf, a est di Berlino, al margine meridionale del Barnim. È la più grande affioramento geologico della Germania settentrionale per il periodo mesozoico. L'estrazione di calcare avviene lì da circa 800 anni.
Il calcare appartiene alla Trias germanica ed è formato durante il periodo medio triassico, circa 240 milioni di anni fa. La serie di rocce corrispondente è chiamata calcare di coquillages. La sequenza degli strati nella cava va dal "calcare ondulato" al "calcare principale di coquillages".
