De kalksteenmijn Rüdersdorf is een grote steengroeve of dagbouw nabij de stad Rüdersdorf, ten oosten van Berlijn, aan de zuidelijke rand van het Barnim. Het is de grootste geologische blootstelling in Noord-Duitsland uit het Mesozoïcum. De winning van kalksteen vindt daar al ongeveer 800 jaar plaats.
De kalksteen behoort tot de Germaanse Trias en is in het midden van de Trias-periode, ongeveer 240 miljoen jaar geleden, ontstaan. De betreffende gesteentereeks wordt aangeduid als Muschelkalk. De lagen in de steengroeve variëren van "golvenkalk" tot "hoofdmuschelkalk".
