Il porto di Schwedt è un porto interno nella città brandeburghese di Schwedt/Oder. È collegato al fiume Oder tramite la via d'acqua Hohensaaten-Friedrichsthal.
Il porto di Schwedt è stato messo in funzione nell'ottobre 2001 dopo due anni di costruzione, con una spesa di 27 milioni €. È stato realizzato come un porto a cifra e si dirama alla chilometraggio 125,6 dalla via d'acqua Hohensaaten-Friedrichsthal. Ha un collegamento diretto con Berlino e attraverso Stettino con il Mare del Nord. Nel marzo 2011, la cartiera Leipa ha effettuato un viaggio di prova sotto la supervisione della Technische Universität Berlin. In questo frangente, sono stati trasportati 1250 t di rotoli di carta direttamente, senza fermate intermedie, dal porto di Schwedt attraverso il Mare del Nord e il Mare del Nord verso la Gran Bretagna. Dal 2011 esiste un collegamento tramite un binario di raccordo alla ferrovia Angermünde-Schwedt. La cartiera si trova immediatamente a sud del porto.
