Hasseröder è una birreria tedesca di Wernigerode nell'Harz. Il proprietario è la belga AB-InBev con sede a Bruxelles.
Nel 1872, la birreria fu fondata con il nome “Zum Auerhahn” nell'attuale quartiere di Hasserode a Wernigerode. Il 1° ottobre 1882 Ernst Schreyer assunse la direzione della birreria. Nel 1896, la birreria fu trasformata in una società per azioni, e in quell'anno 25.000 ettolitri di birra uscirono dalla birreria.
