Il bene Schnellenberg è una tenuta nobiliare al margine occidentale della città di Lüneburg. È in possesso dalla famiglia nobiliare von Meding sin dal XIV secolo.
La fattoria è documentata per la prima volta nel 1360, poiché in questo momento la famiglia von Meding ricevette in feudo la tenuta. All'interno della famiglia ramificata si formò successivamente la casa Schnellenberg.
