Il cosiddetto Vecchio Monastero di Heimerzheim è stato costruito intorno al 1890 e fino al 1965 è stato gestito da Francescane come stazione di parto, ospedale e casa di riposo. Oggi il comune di Heimerzheim utilizza l'edificio situato in Kölner Straße 23 come luogo di eventi per organizzazioni no profit. La struttura è protetta da vincolo monumentale.
