La HVB Tower, precedentemente noto come Hypo-Haus, è un grattacielo situato a Monaco di Baviera, in Germania. L'edificio ospita la sede della HypoVereinsbank, dal quale deriva anche il nome.
Alto 113,7 metri, è stato progettato dalla coppia di architetti Walther e Bea Betz.. La costruzione è iniziata nel 1975, per poi essere completato nel 1981 e inaugurato il 16 novembre. L'edificio negli anni 2013-2015 ha subito una ristrutturazione. L'edificio è stato, dalla sua inaugurazione per 23 anni, il più alto di Monaco per poi essere superato nel 2004 dal Hochhaus Uptown München.
