Hohensaaten è un quartiere di Bad Freienwalde nel distretto di Märkisch-Oderland nel Brandeburgo. Il comune di Hohensaaten, precedentemente autonomo, apparteneva fino alla sua aggregazione al distretto di Barnim. Il luogo si trova a nord-est di Berlino, direttamente al confine polacco, ai margini del Parco Nazionale della Valle dell'Oder Inferiore. Direttamente nella località si trova il collegamento tra la via navigabile Havel-Oder e l'Oder. A ovest del paese, sulla piana alta a 20 m, grandi parti della Lünower Bauernheide appartengono alla località.
