La casa residenziale Ehm-Welk-Straße 37 è un monumento architettonico nella città di Lübbenau/Spreewald nel distretto di Oberspreewald-Lausitz nel sud dello Stato di Brandeburgo. È considerata l'edificio più vecchio conservato della città.
L'edificio si trova sulla piazza del mercato antico di Lübbenau, in prossimità della chiesa di Sankt-Nikolai. Fu costruito verso la fine del XVII secolo o all'inizio del XVIII secolo ed è parte di una fila di case. La casa è coperta da un tetto a due falde. La cantina a volta incrociata della casa è addirittura datata tra il 1620 e il 1650, il che suggerisce l'esistenza di un edificio precedente in questo luogo. La costruzione in legno è datata sul suo frontone con l'iscrizione "Anno 1713", rendendola l'edificio più antico conservato della città di Lübbenau.
