La Villa Maurer è un edificio protetto dai monumenti di Potsdam. La villa si trova nella Vorstadt di Nauener, Puschkinallee 6.
La villa, all'epoca in Capellenbergstraße 6, fu costruita nel 1890/91 per il maestro d'ascia della corporazione Ernst Maurer. L'architetto è sconosciuto. "Il maestro d'ascia della corporazione [...] si assunse la responsabilità", ma se "[...] Maurer abbia progettato lui stesso l'edificio rimane incerto." Nel 1891 presentò inoltre una domanda di costruzione per un edificio per stalli con rimessa e alloggio per il cocchiere. Maurer non abitava nella villa, ma la affittava. Tra gli abitanti c'erano, tra l'altro, il generale di cavalleria Emil von Albedyll e il generale di cavalleria z. D. Adolf von Bülow.
