La Villa Maurer es un edificio protegido como monumento en Potsdam. La villa está situada en el suburbio de Nauener, Puschkinallee 6.
La villa, en lo que entonces era la calle Capellenbergstraße 6, se construyó en 1890/91 para el maestro de obras de la unión Ernst Maurer. El arquitecto es desconocido. “El maestro de obras de la unión […] fue responsable”, pero si “[…] Maurer diseñó él mismo el edificio, debe quedar abierto.” En 1891 también presentó una solicitud de construcción para un edificio de establos con cochera y vivienda para el cochero. Maurer no habitó la villa él mismo, sino que la alquiló. Entre los residentes se encontraban, entre otros, el general de caballería Emil von Albedyll y el general de caballería a. D. Adolf von Bülow.
