Il castello di Ruppin era un castello tedesco di pianura del Medioevo. Fino al XVI secolo costituiva il centro politico del dominio di Ruppin e del circondario di Ruppin che ne derivò. La sede del castello si trova nel quartiere di Alt Ruppin della città di Neuruppin, nel nord-ovest del Brandeburgo.
Il castello di Ruppin si trovava sull'Amtswerder di Alt Ruppin, una penisola a nord del lago Ruppiner, all'ingresso del fiume Rhins. Copriva il passaggio possibile qui attraverso la catena lacustre Ruppiner, che divide la regione del Ruppiner. Davanti all'Amtswerder si trova l'isola di Poggenwerder. Fino al XII secolo vi si trovava il castello slavo di Ruppin, che presumibilmente era la sede principale della tribù slava dei Zamzizi.
