Sieseby è una frazione del comune di Thumby nel distretto di Rendsburg-Eckernförde nel Schleswig-Holstein. Il comune di Thumby si trova nella parte occidentale della penisola di Schwansen, direttamente lungo la Schlei. Al comune appartengono i villaggi di Thumby, Sieseby, Börentwedt e Sensby, oltre alle proprietà di Bienebek, Staun, Marienhof, Guckelsby e Grünholz. Inoltre, ci sono ulteriori frazioni, che consistono in parte solo in singole fattorie.
Il paese di Sieseby si trova direttamente lungo la Schlei e dispone di un molo con alcuni posti barca e di un rampino per il varo di piccole imbarcazioni. Nei mesi estivi, il molo è servito dalla navigazione pubblica della Schlei. Dal punto di vista dei trasporti, Sieseby è raggiungibile tramite la strada distrettuale K77, che si dirama dalla B 203.
