Neuenbeken è un quartiere orientale di Paderborn, situato a est della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. Con circa 2400 abitanti, è il secondo quartiere più piccolo della città di Paderborn. Fino al 1974 Neuenbeken era un comune autonomo nell'ufficio di Altenbeken.
Neuenbeken si trova a nord-est del centro di Paderborn, a 51° 44′ Nord e 8° 51′ Est, nel nord dell'altopiano di Paderborn, al margine occidentale dell'egge montana, a un'altezza di 170 m sul livello del mare.
Dal punto di vista naturale, Neuenbeken, insieme a Benhausen, appartiene alle pianure di Borchen dell'altopiano di Paderborn
nella parte superiore della regione collinare del Weser. A est, questo ambiente naturale confina con la pianura ghiaiosa di Marienloh delle Hellwegbörden nella baia occidentale.
