Rammsfehn è un quartiere di Wiesmoor nel distretto di Aurich in Ostfrisia. È il secondo quartiere più giovane di Wiesmoor ed è stato fondato negli anni '30 lungo la strada di Oldenburg. Il quartiere prende il nome da Eberhard Ramm, segretario di stato nel ministero dell'agricoltura prussiano. Il quartiere per coloni è stato creato per i lavoratori della centrale elettrica a torba delle Energie Nordwest tedesche. Fino alla Seconda guerra mondiale, Rammsfehn era composto da 13 case bifamiliari e otto case unifamiliari, ma dopo la guerra si è ampliato con l'insediamento di sfollati.
