Rammsfehn is een stadsdeel van Wiesmoor in de provincie Aurich in Oost-Friesland. Het is het op één na jongste stadsdeel van Wiesmoor en werd in de jaren 1930 aan weerszijden van de Oldenburger Straße aangelegd. De plaats is vernoemd naar Eberhard Ramm, staatssecretaris op het Pruisische ministerie van Landbouw. Het stadsdeel voor kolonisten werd aangelegd voor de arbeiders van de turfcentrale van de Noordwest-Duitse elektriciteitsmaatschappij. Tot de Tweede Wereldoorlog bestond Rammsfehn uit 13 dubbele en acht enkele huizen, maar groeide na de oorlog door de vestiging van verdrevenen.
