Il volo Partnair 394 era un volo charter che il giorno 8 settembre 1989 è precipitato al largo delle coste della Danimarca, 18 km a nord di Hirtshals. Tutte le 55 persone a bordo sono decedute nell'incidente, rendendolo sia il più grave mai accaduto in Danimarca che il più grave mai occorso ad una compagnia aerea norvegese. La causa dell'incidente è da imputare all'utilizzo di materiale di ricambio non originale utilizzato in una riparazione effettuata poche settimane prima.
