Haderslev è una città e un comune sulla costa orientale della penisola di Jutland nella Regione della Danimarca Meridionale. Comprende l'isola di Årø così come diverse altre isole più piccole nel Piccolo Belto. Il comune copre 701,98 km² e ha una popolazione di 56.414. Il suo sindaco è Jens Christian Gjesing, rappresentante del Partito Socialdemocratico. A causa della Kommunalreformen, il comune di Haderslev è stato fuso il 1º gennaio di quell'anno con i precedenti comuni di Gram e Vojens, così come le parrocchie di Bjerning, Hjerndrup e Fjelstrup del comune di Christiansfeld e la parrocchia di Bevtoft del comune di Nørre Rangstrup.
