Nymindegab si trova nel sud-ovest della Jutlandia, Danimarca, ed è un ex villaggio di pescatori presso il vecchio sfioro all'estremità meridionale del Fiordo di Ringkøbing. In estate, è una località turistica molto frequentata con una popolazione permanente di 205 abitanti. Si trova nel Comune di Varde e appartiene alla Regione della Danimarca Meridionale. La città è situata all'estremità meridionale dell'istmo delle Dune di Holmsland, che separa il fiordo dal Mare del Nord. Appena a nord-est di Nymindegab si trova la riserva naturale degli uccelli di Tipperne su una penisola nel Fiordo di Ringkøbing.
