Nymindegab ligger i Sydvestjylland, Danmark, og er en tidligere fiskerlandsby ved den tidligere udløb i den sydlige ende af Ringkøbing Fjord. Om sommeren er det en velbesøgt turistby med en fast befolkning på 205. Det ligger i Varde Kommune og tilhører Region Syddanmark. Byen ligger i den sydlige ende af istmusen Holmsland Dunes, som adskiller fjorden fra Nordsøen. Lige nordøst for Nymindegab ligger fuglereservatet Tipperne på en halvø i Ringkøbing Fjord.
