In tempi passati, grandi parti del paesaggio erano incolte. Il traffico avveniva lungo dei percorsi, mantenuti dall'usura che cavalli e ruote di carro producevano nel terreno. Se il percorso veniva danneggiato, il traffico si spostava semplicemente su un altro percorso accanto. Percorsi paralleli si possono vedere 20 metri dopo il parcheggio, sul lato sinistro.
