Pauls[1][2][3] o Paúls[4] è un comune della Catalogna, Spagna. Appartiene alla provincia di Tarragona ed è situato nella comarca del Bajo Ebro. Secondo dati del 2014 la sua popolazione era di 596 abitanti.
La prima notizia documentata riguardante il comune risale a un documento del 1168. Si tratta della lettera di donazione effettuata dal re Alfonso I di Aragona del castello di Pauls a Guerau de Riu e Pere de Santmartí e Ramón Queralt. Il castello fu loro consegnato con la condizione che si occupassero della ripopolazione della zona. Nel 1205 il feudo passò a Drogo di Verdeyo e già nel XIII secolo appartenne alla famiglia Despuig.
