Montrás[1][2] è un comune spagnolo della comarca catalana del Baix Empordà, sulla Costa Brava. Oltre al capoluogo comunale, include i nuclei abitati di Canyelles, Molines, la Roqueta e Torre Simona. Le isole Formigues e quelle del Cap de Planés fanno anch'esse parte del suo territorio comunale.
