Montrás[1][2] ist eine spanische Gemeinde in der katalanischen Comarca Bajo Ampurdán an der Costa Brava. Neben der Gemeindehauptstadt umfasst sie die Ortschaften Canyelles, Molines, la Roqueta und Torre Simona. Auch die Formigues-Inseln und die des Cap de Planés gehören zu ihrem Gemeindegebiet.
