Rubí è un comune spagnolo della provincia di Barcellona, situato nella comarca del Vallès Occidentale, in Catalogna. Si trova situato nella valle del ruscello di Rubí, e confina a nord con Terrassa, a est con San Quirico di Terrassa, a ovest con Castellbisbal e Ullastrell, e a sud con San Cugat del Vallès. Con oltre 78.000 abitanti, Rubí è la quarta città del Vallès Occidentale per popolazione, dopo le due co-capitali e San Cugat; l'undicesima della provincia di Barcellona, la quindicesima della Catalogna e la novantatreesima di Spagna.
