La cappella di Santa Caterina è una cappella di dimensioni moderate nel comune di Torroella de Montgrí. La cappella è nascosta all'interno della valle di Santa Caterina, a nord delle montagne di Ullà, Montgrí e Montplà. Si accede tramite una strada forestale percorribile dalla strada tra Montclar e L'Escala. Tuttavia, ci sono molteplici sentieri e percorsi che partono, sia dal colle di Santa Caterina, tra la montagna di Ullà e il Montgrí, che dal colle di Garrigars, tra il Montgrí e il Montplà. A est, un sentiero si snoda lungo il corso della valle fino a superare il colle, dove si può arrivare alla strada forestale che conduce dalle dune di Torroella a Sobrestany. L'edificio è stato iniziato in uno stile gotico tardivo, seppur mescolato con modifiche barocche.
