Cullera è un comune spagnolo, appartenente alla provincia di Valencia e situato nella comarca della Ribera Baja. Nel 2018 aveva una popolazione censita di 21.918 abitanti.
Il comune di Cullera si trova sulla riva del fiume Júcar e vicino al mare Mediterraneo; si trova a 30 km dalla capitale, Valencia. In questa località sfocia il fiume Júcar, irrigando l'intero territorio comunale di Cullera, attraverso un sistema di irrigazione progettato in epoca musulmana. Il Júcar irriga anche praticamente tutta la comarca della Ribera Baja. Oltre al fiume Júcar, esiste anche la laguna di l'Estany, situata nella parte sud del territorio comunale con sfocio nel mare; questo è un luogo di pesca abituale.
